T.B. Joshua Donates To Accra Psychiatric Hospital

Post  Admin on Sat Dec 10, 2011 10:12 am

Justice Ajet Nasam, a High Court judge, on behalf of Prophet T.B. Joshua, Leader of the Synagogue Church of all Nations in Nigeria, on Friday presented 10 Television (TV) sets and two decoders worth Gh¢6,000.00 to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital.

He expressed the hope that the TV sets would assist inmates of the hospital to engage in worship, prayers and other Christian activities to enable them to receive salvation.

Justice Nasam commended Prophet Joshua for supporting the hospital and other key institutions in the country including the Ghana Police Service, the Weija Leprosarium and the Ghana Prison Service.
Justice Nasam extended Christmas and New Year greetings from Prophet Joshua to the inmates, who were feted with 500 packets of jollof rice.

Receiving the donation, the Deputy Director of Nursing Service in-charge of Administration at the Hospital, Mr. Nsiah Anyetei, thanked Justice Nasam and Prophet Joshua for showing love and compassion for the inmates.

Mr. Anyetei said apart from medical care, the 985 inmates needed psycho-social and economic support to enable them to fully recover from their mental problems, and appealed to individuals and organizations to help the hospital solve its water and transportation problem.

Justice Nasam and Elder Tony Amegah, Mr. Prosper Ledi, Madam Mavis Kwainoe, Mrs. Grace Amegah all of the Synagogue Church of All Nations in Accra, were conducted round the wards of the hospital.
